We ask that everyone new to CrossFit completes our Beginners program before starting. In the beginners program we assess your mobility, test your fitness and give you exercises and stretches to help improve your movement. At Wolfe Den we follow the rule of Mechanics, Consistency and THEN intensity.
Our Beginners program comprises of 6 sessions, spread out over two weeks, each 1-hour in duration. These sessions are completed in a small group environment Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7:00 PM.
Once you have completed these six sessions we then give you two weeks of FREE training! You can come to as many classes as you like, during the times/days that suit you!
