We ask that everyone new to CrossFit to complete our 28-day kickstart program. In the 28 day kickstart, we assess your mobility, test your fitness and give you exercises and stretches to help improve your movement. At Wolfe Den, we follow the rule of Mechanics, Consistency and THEN intensity.

 

Our Beginners Program offers:

  • 28 DAYS of unlimited SEMI-PRIVATE coaching ($250 Value).

  • Join 2 classes a week with a highly trained and professional coach 

  •  EVOLT 360 Scan to give you a comprehensive view of your body composition and enable accurate tracking of your progress
