meet the coaches

Owner/Head Coach

Jeremy Wolfe has been CrossFitting for 8 years and specialises in gymnastics and Olympic weightlifting.

"I have always been into sport and fitness. Sports throughout high school and always at some sort of gym," he says. "When I first saw the CrossFit Games in 2012, I thought 'this style of working out looks awesome'. I searched the web to learn more, picked a WOD and proceeded to give it a try.

After 4 rounds of a 400 meter run and 15 power cleans, I was left gasping for air on the floor and in love with CrossFit."

Jeremy is obsessive about coaching, his members, and his love for Wolfe Den CrossFit. "I love witnessing people accomplish new tasks or movements - lifting more than they ever thought possible."

sara eames

Head Coach

Sara Eames has been CrossFitting for six years. Her specialty is Olympic lifting and she’s completed multiple Olympic lifting courses, workshops and competitions.

Sara spent her childhood playing lots of sports from basketball to netball to ballet. She was introduced to CrossFit by her personal trainer in 2011 and was instantly hooked. Only two months later, she competed in her first CrossFit competition. "It felt great to have the confidence in my ability to compete alongside my fellow members who I looked up to" she says.

As a coach, Sara loves interacting with a variety of different athletes and helping them get fitter and stronger. "Starting something new can be scary and intimidating, but the journey to get there is great to be a part of" she says.

steve webster

Steve Webster has been CrossFitting for seven years, and his mantra of "what could possibly go wrong" pretty much sums up his willingness to push himself to the limit in every WOD.

Coaching has allowed Steve to share his passion with others, and he enjoys watching people improve and push themselves.

In addition to CrossFit, Steve enjoys kitesurfing, skateboarding, wake boarding, motorbikes and mountain bike riding. When he’s not at the gym, he works as a full-time glazier.

"The best thing about coaching CrossFit is experiencing the small goals and milestones that everyday members set themselves.

I also love the fact that participating in regular exercise, especially CrossFit, is amazing for mental health and wellbeing.

One of my most memorable moments as a coach was when a 60yo member stopped taking pain meds for his back after years of use due to the benefits of the sport!"

Yama wolfe

Customer Relations Manager

"My love for CrossFit began when I was a puppy.... I can clearly remember coming home to my new family and spending the whole day at Wolfe Den, meeting all the amazing athletes at the "Battle of the Wolves" comp.

Ever since that day, I can't wait to get to the box and Wod with my friends.

My favourite Wods include running, box jumps & fetch."
