Introducing you to the latest in Wolfe Den challenges, made by the athletes for the athletes. For the remaining period of lockdown or until all entries are complete, Wolfe Den athletes are to complete a daily challenge or task as described by their fellow members.
This means each of you are given the opportunity to put forward one challenge or task for the group to then complete. These need to be scalable for any level athlete and cater for those who may not have lots of equipment at home. We will tweak what is entered if we feel not appropriate for the wider group. How to submit an entry?
Click the link to submit your workout or task – these are to be health and fitness related that may cover challenges for your mind, body or spirit. These entries will then be review and tweaked accordingly. Submit by end of day Thursday 2 September.

When does the Blame it on the members challenge 2.0 start?
This Friday 3 September. The daily task or challenge will be posted to the Wolfe Den CrossFit Private Group and our social media pages.
How do I win?
Those who participate must film themselves completing the challenge or task daily and tagging @wolfedencrossfit on Instagram or alternatively can send through your video via Facebook DM to be in the chance to win. Then entries will then be randomly selected and drawn out the day after the competition concludes.
What are the prizes?
· First prize: $200 cash money!
· Two runner up winners will receive $50 cash each!
Do I have to be a current Wolfe Den member to submit a challenge or task?
Yes you are required to be a current athlete to submit.
Do I have to be a current Wolfe Den to participate in the challenge or task?
No – everyone is welcome.
