Join us in a 7-day trial

While training with us, you will be supported by our exceptional coaching team and participate in group-style classes. During your trial, you will have the opportunity to book into any of our classes - including CrossFit, Hyrox and all specialty classes.

What to expect?

Our 60-minute classes features a variety of workouts that can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and volume, easily scalable for varying fitness levels.

All of our Classes are coach-led and follow a planned progression roughly 60 minutes in duration.

Our exceptional coaching team will guide you through a warm-up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for the workout.

The coaches will supervise and correct any movement performed by you during the workout including providing you with the tools to constantly improve and ensure you are moving not only optimally but safely.

  • Upon signing up for a free trial, you will be redirected to a new page so you can book your classes
  • Arrive a few minutes before the class and check-in with the iPad at the entrance
  • One of our team will be there to greet you
  • Ensure to drink plenty of water prior and post the workout
  • Great nutrition pre and post your workout is also very important

Nothing. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or it's the first time you have ever stepped foot in a gym, this is your starting point.
