Join our fortnightly Gymnastics class held every second Wednesday at 7:00pm. This class is programmed and led by ex-pro gymnast and Wolfe Den CrossFit coach Daisy McDonald.
The specialty class runs for 60 minutes and incorporates upper body strength training and drills focused on advancing your gymnastics movements.
Be led and supported through exercises that will help you improve your handstands, dips, pull-ups, muscle-ups, push-ups, burpees, ring rows, etc whilst being in a small-group setting.
Wolfe Den CrossFit is located on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula and is easily accessible with nearby parking and public transport.
