If you have been intrigued to try CrossFit however may lack the confidence to give it a try, Wolfe Den CrossFit is the ideal first-step.
All classes are led by knowledgeable and kind coaches that will provide new athletes with the time, support and guidance when embarking on their CrossFit journey for the first time.
Every class has a "fundamentals" workout program built into the day's workout so regardless of ability, you will have options to safely train while learning the foundations of CrossFit.
Additionally, upon signing up you will have free access to the Wolfe Den Performance coach who will provide you will additional support to help work towards your goals or point of contact with any questions you may have.
