Sharpen your technique and build strength in our Weightlifting classes. This focused session hones in on essential Olympic lifts, including:

  • Snatch
  • Clean
  • Push Press
  • Push Jerk
  • Split Jerk

Designed for both new and developing lifters, our small-group format ensures personalized coaching, emphasising safe and efficient movement for optimal progress.

Mornington location

- Our Mornington facility holds weightlifting classes every second Saturday at 10:15am with CrossFit Games athlete Daisy McDonald.

Dromana location

- Held every Saturday at 9:00am with Eileen Cikamatana.

Eileen is one of Australia’s leading elite weightlifters, a two-time Commonwealth Games gold medallist, Commonwealth Games record holder, and the first woman in history to win Commonwealth gold for two different countries.

Open to both Wolfe Den athletes and the public. Simply click here to book a drop-in and secure your spot. We encourage you to book in advance as classes book out.
