Lisa Horowitz offers one-on-one coaching for those who prefer a more personalised experience or available to work with teens.

With a background in frontline healthcare, Lisa is passionate about improving health outcomes for her local community—especially for those who may be new to training, seniors, or individuals with unique needs. As a mum of two, Lisa brings a nurturing, inclusive style to every session.

Daisy McDonald has recently joined our PT team, bringing her fresh energy and elite athlete experience. As a CrossFit Games competitor and qualified physiotherapist, Daisy is passionate about helping others build confidence, move better, and reach their goals.

Whether you're just starting out or training at a high level, Daisy’s coaching style is motivating, inclusive, and tailored to your individual needs.

Kira Webster provides personalised one-on-one coaching to build strength, confidence, and healthier habits at every stage of your journey.

Kira brings over a decade of CrossFit experience and a genuine passion for helping both adults and young people build strength, confidence, and a lifelong love of health and fitness. As a CrossFit Level 1 Coach, Kira combines practical coaching experience with a supportive, personalised approach to training. She is also currently studying Personal Training and Nutrition through Fast Fitness Academy, continuing to expand her knowledge so she can better support every individual she works with.
