Our CrossFit Teens classes focuses on strength and conditioning, developed specifically for the teen athlete (aged 13 years and older).
Classes run Monday to Friday at 6:00pm.
The program is scalable to any level of fitness or ability. We teach our young athletes to move correctly, safely and aid in building their confidence, work ethic, grit and fitness. Our program can help any teen athlete improve his or her speed, coordination, strength, and endurance - the perfect addition to their existing sporting activities.
Wolfe Den CrossFit is located on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula and is easily accessible with nearby parking and public transport.
