CROSSFIT TEENS CLASS IN MORNINGTON AND DROMANA

CrossFit Teens

Our CrossFit Teens program is designed to build strength and conditioning for athletes 13 years to 17 years.

  • Monday to Thursday at 5:00pm and 6:00pm
  • Fridays 5:00pm only
  • Classes run at both Mornington and Dromana facility.
  • 3 Classes per week

Teens train alongside our adult members in a supportive environment, surrounded by experienced coaches and like-minded peers. The program is adaptable to all fitness levels, ensuring each athlete progresses safely and effectively.

Teens are supported to focus on learning efficient movement mechanics, confidence, and work ethic, helping young athletes develop strength, coordination, speed, and endurance.
