Class Schedule
Our HYROX classes run four times a week at Wolfe Den CrossFit Mornington, giving you plenty of opportunities to train and improve:
- Every Tuesday at 7pm
- Every Wednesday at 4pm
- Every Thursday at 7pm
- Every Sunday at 8:30am
