ERG ARMY is coming to Wolfe Den CrossFit!

Lock in Sunday 9th July as we are thrilled to be hosting Jane Erbacher and her Erg Army for a Rowing, SkiErg and BikeErg Workshop!

Broken up into two main sessions:

ERG ARMY Workshop - half day 8am - 11am

Half day workshop teaching the tools to efficiently move across the rower, SkiErg and the BikeErg. Learn to move faster, more powerfully and reduce fatigue.

Price: $85 per person early bird fee

ERG ARMY PRO CERTIFICATION - Full day 8am - 4pm

A full-day comprehensive workshop of the rower, SkiErg and the BikeErg that expands on the morning learnings while dialing into athletic performance & coaching.

Price: $145 per person early bird fee

Other:
- Tickets cannot be refunded for change of mind. Ticket transfers allowed.
- Early bird special fee ends on 11:59pm AEST Sun 4 June 2023. Half day rate goes up to $125 per person and full day goes up to $195.
- Spots open to both Wolfe Den athletes and non-members.
